We are glad you're applying to be a lifeguard at Green Meadows Pool! Please read everything below thoroughly before submitting your application.

Lifeguard responsibilities:

• Ensure guest safety through pool surveillance, accident prevention and emergency response.
• American Red Cross Lifeguard certification required. Lifeguards can be reimbursed for new training or certification at the end of
  summer work.
• Lifeguard pay is $14 per hour
• Must be 15 years old or older.
• Provide excellent guest service, basic opening and closing procedures, water checks, and Snack Shack coverage
• Must be available for an average of 25 hours a week.  (Opportunity for more.)
• Ability/accountability by scheduling app
• Must have availability to work:
  • Pool Dates: May 26- September 1 (weekdays and weekend)
  • Guard work hours are Sun- Thur  11:30-8:30; Fri & Sat  11:30-9:30
  • Required staff training (3 hours) ____DATE____
  • Dates May 27- September 2 (weekdays and weekend)
  • Guard work hours are Sun- Thur  11:30-8:30; Fri & Sat  11:30-9:30
  • Mid-season training and meetings
  • (Negotiated personal vacation days are allowed. Regular pay lifeguard can have up to 21 days off, including holidays)
